I purchased an ergonomic, firm pillow but I received a faulty item. Christina from Talatex was very helpful and proactive, she arranged for a new shipment without extra charges. I received a new one which is very comfortable to me. The first days I found it not enough firm but now it is ok.Thanks for the good customer service
I bought 4 different pillows from this company. None of them worked out. The talalay pillows are either very tall or extremely flat. It would have been perfect if there was a pillow in between the firm and medium. I would have returned them but customer service and shipping back was super disappointing.
The pillows I purchased might be best I have ever had. However the cover is not good, as it has very bad zipper. One pillow came with bad zipper already on arrival (no way to close it) and the other went bad after one week. Quite disappointing for such an expensive product, especially as I see that others have been complaining about the same problem in the past and they never decided to fix it.
I found our Emma memory foam mattress too hot and wanted a latex topper so I wasn't as hot during the night and also some extra comfort. This has done just just that. I was kept waiting for the order due to delays in the shipment but I was kept informed and waited out until the stock arrived and I received my order.The 5cm topper I chose for me gave enough comfort and reduced my overheating so happy with my purchase. It is pricy compared to other synthetic toppers with so called cooling but this is a natural product and works so I was OK with paying for the quality.
