Ordered two Talalay Queen size pillows on the 23/03/25We received them on the 26/03/25,did pay a nominal fee of £6 for express delivery,,The pillows are so plush and soft,,,just the right height,,,these are exactly the same as a well known bed brand,but much cheaper If you order these pillows( which come in different sizes) you won't go wrong,We chose the medium soft ,but you can order soft or firm,,, first class products from a first class firm
It’s extremely difficult for me to find the right pillow. The most successful ones are firm neck pillows. This one I would say is a very good pillow, perhaps not exactly the right one for me because it’s a bit too firm. I didn’t want to buy the softer one because I was afraid it wouldn’t be supportive enough. With that said, the Customer Service was exceptional in that they went to work to offer the right fit for my needs. In the end, I opted to stick with the one I bought and it has turned out to work just fine for my needs. It’s firm but it doesn’t interfere with my comfort so I’ll keep it. Again, I can’t say enough about the Customer Service team, they are extremely helpful and willing to work with you to help you find the exact right pillow.
Ordered two queen sized Talalay pillows on a Sunday and was delivered on Wednesday or Thursday The pillows are so soft your head just sinks into them They take a few days to get used to,,I ordered these to replace two I already had,,,Was going to order some more from a well known bed shop which cost around £40 a pillow extra,,,So was a no brainer to order theseWell done Telatex,,top quality pillows from a top quality firm
