Review Time
The company agreed to refund my shipping fee of $25 if I amended my review. I'm keeping my end of the bargain by amending, but the shipping should have been automatic and I shouldn't have had to take my time and write this review to get what they initially promised for an exchange. The company needs to revamp its website and sale page, and make their return/exchange process more straightforward. I conclude that they either have a bad business model or they purposely make returns difficult.I'll never do business with them again. BEWARE! They make it sound like they have a return-for-exchange policy that includes shipping, but they send the shipping label AFTER the whole process is over. So I'm stuck with paying a $25 return shipping fee, in addition to paying for their very expensive pillow.
I purchased two Talatex pillows, the Premium and the Ergonomic, both in Queen sizes.After buying and returning a dozen pillows, some from famous brands such as Tempur and Dunlopillo, I discovered Talatex and became convinced of the quality of their latex products, and their good prices too.I highly recommend, accurate descriptions and fast deliveries.
Amazing mattress topper and pillow. Very pleased!I have been using latex pillows for years and needed a new one. I would usually go for a Dunlopillow but as I was buying a mattress topper from here I threw in a pillow too. Both are fantastic quality. We bought the 7.5cm topper and I have the soft pillow. I am sleeping so much better now. No weird smell that others have described. Every Latex pillow (including ones I've had from different brands) has a natural slight smell to it but it is very faint and isn't unpleasant. It's certainly not chemical smelling like some brands of mattresses (Emma!) are.Very pleased overall.
