Review Time
I purchased the 2 pack pillows for my granddaughter who left her original pillow she had for several years at a hotel. Yes, she took it everywhere. She was so sad since she was heading off to college without her pillow. I am one for buying all types of pillows in twos. I assumed I had it's match to replace her favorite she had originally fell in love at my house. She excitedly went thru every pillow I own like she was reenacting the "Goldilocks and the Three Bears". Sadly I did not have it. Months later and in college and lacking good sleep, my sister realized she had bought me the pillow. Texts of pictures to confirm her matching pillow that her husband can't leave his house without either, we began the hunt to replace her pillow. At this point we really wish the tag said the comfort level (hint hint). I ended up buying a soft and a medium soft and she came in town it was like Christmas morning...she had her pillow back!!! She vows it will never be left alone again. The time without it was terrible. So are these pillows worth it??? Definitely! If you wonder where the other pillow went. I use it every night now. ;) Packaging was very nice. They don't compress them like all companies do for you to wait to deflate. There is no odor unless you count her reaction of "it smells like blueberry muffins" with an awe of love. Her boyfriend attended the testing of which softness she loved...now it's what he wants for Christmas.I believe we all have "our" favorite pillow. Thanks for making a pillow that means the world to her. On a side note, she sleeps like a baby in her dorm now.
I purchased 2 pillows and they were very nice quality. Unfortunately they weren’t quite right for us so I returned them. I had some difficulties contacting the company initially. This was due to an email address error on the website. Once this was discovered the company corrected the error and was very helpful in getting my return organised. I would recommend trying their products as they are true to their word in offering a trial.
Being completely ignored. I wish to return a pillow I ordered within the 30 day trail. After countless messages via the chat on their website, three emails and messages on WhatsApp, I have received nothing in response. No customer service to speak of, no phone number to try. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE, THEY'LL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN.Edit: Broken promises of a full refund after trying to get in touch with them. They eventually did after I I got in touch with Klarna and they opened an investigation. They asked me to change this review in return. However, after recieving a "partial" refund even though I have it in writing that any return fees would be waived, it has been made abundantly clear that this company cannot be trusted. The pillow wasn't even that nice! The "firm" choice was flat and flabby. Bad company, bad products, bad promises. Do not shop here, please heed my review and heed this warning
Absolutely appaling company. Brought a product that was NOT as advertised. They then said i could send it back and they would refund the item and delivery cost, however they didn't! Really bad customer service and appaling product. Avoid at all cost
The pillow I received was medium soft . However it is more like a firm pillow and gave me a horrendous headache and neck pain . I have requested an exchange for the soft pillow or a refund but all emails I have sent and online chat have been ignored . Hoping for a response to the review on hereReview .Thankyou yes I have now had a response and the issue is being in process of being dealt with.
Sadly bought a latex contour pillow form this company. The first came deformed and the company would not honour the refund. They, without asking, sent out another pillow. The pillow was uncomfortable in all trials, even with or without the supplementary thin add on. The company did not specify clearly that returns will be accepted subject to their discretion and that postage packaging will be your responsibility with no refund. Money lost sadly.Just received response from the company. Very poor response and clearly shows they didn't read my initial review clearly, especially the part of their sending replacement. My advice to all, is look at someone like latex sense for all your needs
