Horrible landlord to be with, worst tenant management. Apartment has heating problems, care takers never replied to your phone calls. Cheap quality heating setup which made the apartment cold during winter and cold air is coming in towards the window.
They don’t care about their tenants at all. When something breaks at the apartment you have to wait weeks if not months for them to even respond and then closing your case without solution. You can forget about your deposit, they will do everything to keep it. Also be aware about the square meters. If the paper says 90m2 the real size of the apartment is only 70m2. They lie all the time and only money matters for them. Wish I knew about them before I moved in.

Read the internet reviews before you’re renting. I’ve never seen such a terrible place in my life, and I’ve rented in many countries. They charged a lot of money in the beginning (you’ll never get this money back). There’s no maintenance, and they don’t help with any issues. You could be left without hot water or electricity, they don’t care. There’s a lot of dog poop around the area, and nobody cares or cleans it. I can’t understand how in the 21st century, this is acceptable by the government. Shame on you.
For months, I have been reporting repeated violations of the property’s own house rules regarding bicycle and moped parking in common areas. I was told action would be taken and the situation monitored. Nothing has changed — in fact, it has worsened.No follow-up communication was sent to residents, and no effective measures were implemented. The response has essentially been that nothing more can be done.What frustrates me most is the clear indifference from management. This level of inaction and lack of accountability is deeply disappointing.
The “assistance” it’s horrible!I had a bad experience that my heating stopped working so I created a task on the app on 22 of December. Nobody answered and my apartment is totally frozen inside, outside -3 degrees so I send email for Taurus and first they just not respond. After the replay but without a solution! I don’t know how many departments they have but sounds like confusion because they don’t fixed issues and they don’t know how to help us.Yesterday I call the Taurus number and the lady who take my call just informe me that’s she don’t have any register of my building address in her system.Today I called again and the answer was different “ you need to wait the operation contact you”.Sorry I need to stay in a frozen apartment until when ? I need a date with a number clear.It’s very frustrating because we live and pay but when we need assistance, they have the pours assistance ever.Sounds like they don’t care about us.
Unfair practices, poor living conditions, and extremely unprofessional managementThis company uses unfair rental practices. When they sign a contract with you, they only allow you to move in from the middle of the month, but when you move out, they force you to vacate by the middle of the month as well. In practice, this means they effectively take an extra month’s rent without providing full access.The sound insulation is terrible, especially in the stuen (ground floor). It feels like you are living in a corridor rather than in a private apartment. Every time an outside door is closed, the entire apartment shakes so badly that it is genuinely frightening.The caretaker in the Brøndby area is one of the most rude, aggressive, irresponsible, and unprofessional caretakers I have ever encountered.The outdoor areas are not cleaned at all and are full of garbage that tenants leave outside. The building design and window layout, with apartments directly facing each other, feels like a prison and is extremely ugly. Balconies look chaotic because everyone puts whatever they want there, with no standards or control.When you contact the company by email, instead of helping or solving problems, the staff blames and lectures tenants, responding like robots rather than human beings.Overall, this housing complex is not even close to being high quality and cannot be compared in any way to modern residential buildings in neighboring countries like Sweden.

They cut back on cleaning and maintenance of our communal areas and garden almost immediately after taking ownership of our building. They refused to install any CCTV despite repeated burglaries in communal spaces inside the premises. They have reneged on a heat settlement we received from the previous owners of the building 6 months ago, and want that settlement reimbursed now. Overall, a very poor experience.
They took a large part of the deposit money, citing completely absurd, non-existent things. They painted the apartment and fixed construction defects using my money. No amount of documentation or cleaning will help, they will take your money!!!
