Their service is consistently dab. I had electrical problems and it took them 1 week to send the administrator and 10 more days to get the electrician to look at the problem, after consecutive email to customer service. We have huge issues with garbage management on the property, there seems to be besynchronisetion between the administrator and garbage collection. Plus in the past 3 months since Taurus bought the building I saw the administrator twice(compared to daily as it was under Cobblestone ownership). Very disappointed by the lack of effort.
In the last 10 years of living in Denmark, I’ve had nineteen addresses — yes, exactly nineteen. When I updated my CPR a month ago, I couldn’t help but reflect on all those experiences. And with that in mind, I can honestly say this has been, by far, the best experience I’ve had with a building administration. Thank you, Taurus. Thank you, Carsten. And thank you, Tim.
Be cautious when renting with Taurus.You probably won't get your deposit back and will be asked to pay extra. We got charged 14.000 DKK in additional costs!We have lived in their apartment for 2 years, without pets or children, and (in our opinion) only caused normal wear and tear, which was to be expected due to a low quality of materials used in the apartment. The floors, in particular, were prone to flaking off lacquer in their own, without bring even exposed to moisture. The apartment looked nice on the surface, but there were some issues, like the fact the electric safety brakers would turn off power if you ran the washing machine and the dish washer at the same time. Also, we had an alarm going off at some point for 3 or 4 days straight and nobody came to fix it until we got a sympathetic janitor to save us. Otherwise, it was a nice apartment, but these experiences really soured our impressions. Unfortunately, we are pretty sure that we will never be renting with them again.

We had an extremely disappointing experience with Taurus Ejendomsforvaltning. We rented an apartment in Brabrand for less than two years (Kundenummer: 268-1-1074-4). Throughout the entire period, we maintained the apartment in perfect condition, but despite that, Taurus withheld the entire deposit, citing excessive refurbishment costs that seemed to be completely unjustified.Moreover, even though our final day of rent was in the middle of the month, they charged the full month's rent anyway and are now "mercifully" giving that money back. A perfect trick to make people feel like they are getting something back when, in reality, it was an overcharge.The first thing to mention is that the company has completely different standards for move-in and move-out inspections. A wall that was perfectly fine and approved by the caretaker during the move-in inspection suddenly becomes absolutely unacceptable and needs to be repainted 66 times—and then once more, just to be sure. Even though the company cannot demand that the apartment be in a better state at the end of the lease than it was on the first day, they will do the repairs anyway (at least, as they claim). During the move-out inspection, the caretaker confirmed the excellent condition of the floors, yet we still paid the full price for refurbishment.The same goes for cleaning services—the apartment was perfectly clean except for minor details, yet we were charged for almost two full days of cleaning work. How is that even possible? They failed to provide justification for such unreasonable charges and instead started making up facts, like: "Oh, we had to get rid of a lot of stuff that was left in the apartment!"—even though we have proof that nothing was left behind. Surprisingly, when confronted with evidence, they simply said, "Oops, it was a mistake, nothing was there," yet the deposit deduction remained unchanged.The communication is also terrible and lacks transparency. Half of the letters they sent got lost and were never received, including the move-out report, which not all tenants received. Even though we informed them about this issue right away, nobody cared. At the same time, the deposit claim letter was sent and received perfectly fine.Overall, the only justification for the prices they charge is their own refurbishment rates and how far they can bend the law, which in Denmark is already heavily skewed in favor of landlords. If you ask for a reason, the only answer you'll get is:"We follow the law, and we won’t reconsider."This approach shows a complete disregard for fairness and leaves tenants feeling powerless.If you are considering renting with Taurus Ejendomsforvaltning, be prepared to lose your entire deposit no matter what. It really doesn't matter how well you maintain the apartment. Their practices are predatory, and I strongly advise others to document everything carefully and be ready for a legal fight if needed.Would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a fair and honest rental experience.
This is by far the worst I have ever seen in my life when it comes to rental apartments. We moved to an apartment administered by Taurus in Herlev in 2022. The apartments are nice looking, nothing crazy, but they are quite spacious. We paid a hefty deposit and a hefty monthly rent and quite frankly for nothing. In the end, even though we handed in an impeccable apartment, we got most of our deposit taken, on the premise of "reparations".During our time in this apartment, we have had issues with the ventilation, the heating, the water pressure, the air pressure at the door etc. and not just us, but a lot of residents were dissatisfied and complaining about the noise of the ventilation, and the fact that it was ineffective. Every time there was an issue and we messaged them, we either got no reply, or they would reply vaguely and do nothing about it.After we moved out, we had the inspection, and even the person who carried it out said that there shouldn't be a lot to fix in the apartment, because we really took care of it, and we handed it in spotless. We had to e-mail them back and forth to ask for our deposit, even tho the 6-8 weeks necessary for all the calculations have already passed. We got back an estimation of the costs. There was a ludicrous amount that was spent on the reparations, and they can't be bothered to explain why such huge amounts of money have been subtracted from the deposit. We are working people, who paid a lot of money out of their pockets, only for a company to take it, and give back absolutely nothing in return. The worst is, apparently nobody in that company seems to take responsibility, it's always on someone else...
