I stayed one of their house for 10 months with my wife and my 9 years daughter.After I moved they send me a bill of 36000DKK for painting and a few scratch in the floor.It does not make sense.I have been always think this company is reasonable.There should be some law which protects us from this company.They charged me 29000dkk for painting.it might be true if picasso and van gogh made the painting.really?29000 for painting?There were some issue in the wall but can be easily fixed with paste.I have been told just only a few walls would be painted and during inspection there was no photo taken.I will carry this to court with Juridisk,digura.I highly recommend everyone to do this,money is not the only matter but I will do this for justice.this is not fairrrrrr
Bad service and they overcharge you immensely for the associated costs when you move out.The service is generally really bad, with no one in charge, so you get 'thrown' around a lot since no one wants to solve your issue. It also takes a looong time to get things solved and you will have to hunt management for forever before things get done.When you move out you can expect to lose your entire deposit as they will refurbish the entire place and have it cleaned multiple times (even if you leave the apartment in top condition when you move out) just so that they can charge you as much as possible from your deposit.Basically, to Taurus, your deposit is an investment that they can use to refurbish their apartment when you move out to whatever extent they want.
The area is a building site, with large motors run next to the house from 7am until 7pm every day, or even 10pm in the summer. The houses are incomplete and far below specification - the constructor cheated them on this, but you will not receive any reduction. For example, our window has been leaking air in since construction and almost a year later has still not been repaired. Further, they are not prepared to work on the high criminality in the area. Avoid - bad even for a Danish landlord, unfortunately.
The company does not reply the emails and the phone calls. When we had to move out of the apartment, we had to contact them plenty of times until we managed to arrange it (and they also requested to move out before the end of the month, even if we had paid rent also for the following month). After 2,5 months, we have not received the deposit back and neither the receipts of how they spent our deposit. We keep contacting them and they do not reply (even though the apartment has new tenants since 2 weeks after we left).They keep the money of the deposit, use it for renovation which is out of the contract and do not inform us about it. When we started to live there, another company was owning this building and everything was working very well: they were replacing damages without us paying for them within a couple of days and were giving back the deposit to the tenants moving out on time.Even if it is difficult to find a place to live in Copenhagen, you should strongly consider not renting one there, even if the building and facilities are nice.
