If I could give them 0 stars, I would. This is the worst rental management I ever met. No one is in response to the tenant issues and questions. My family moved in to the apartment with a non functioning fridge. The issue was reported the same move-in date, 2 month!!! later the problem is not resolve. And we are paying 2,600$ per month... Just warning any potential clients...
The most abusive, but in bad manager, I’ve ever experienced after living in so many countries, and so many different apartments in Denmark. Don’t trust this company and if you are already living there, get ready to lose your entire deposit and have to pay more.
Living in one of their apartments were ok everything considered, but make sure to document everything proberly and take pictures on move in/out and document flaws in time via their platform. During the move out proces the company was not helpful and tried to take our deposit. We left the place in at least as good shape as when we moved in and in the end we got our full deposit back but we had to go back and forth with them several times.
They are professional thieves, after 8 months living in an apartment that cost more that they told me will be . They took 20.000 kr of my deposit in an apartment i use 8 months , i clean my self and didn't need any money to be fix. They just robbed me every month i was there and they robbed my deposit. The office is in Århus so dont expect any attention from them , i wait for a vvs 8 months to fix my bathroom, the vvs naver came . For me taurus means thieves and layers.
I rented a 3 room apartment with my wife in Vallensbæk for around 2,5 years and had only positive experience with them. If i had a question about anything, or had to come and fix something in the apartment, was easy and fast.Also, after we moved out, their colleague, Johnny came to check the condition…such a good guy . So i give them an easy 5 star.
I won't lie when I first moved in till last month it was so frustrating getting in contact with anyone from the administration to the caretaker for small to big matters, where I would get ignored or not have any action at all. From trash, building issues, heating issues, cleaning, constand caretaker changes and people responsible for the building changes etc. But I can see an improvement in that which I am happy about. It has gotten easier to get in contact with them through the lejerinformation site. It is so nice to know when a matter is on hold or if it is registered at all. Also administration has been extremely helpful and kind and reachable by phone. I hope they will keep up improving and respecting the tenants and that this review will be taken by heart.
It was really helpful that I could set up the contract and everything online from abroad, such that I could come in and have accommodation in Copenhagen on the first day after flying in. The campus was mostly quiet, with a great location, and beside some construction work (which was handled well) there isn't anything negative I could attribute to Taurus. Was not forced to pay for anything extra 'made-up' from my deposit on my move out (yet).Big thanks to Lars and especially Klaus for handling my case in such a professional, but still human manner!
