Horrible. Waited 2 months for fiber optic to be connected due to their own mistake of installing it on the wrong address.
When it got installed, worked for 1 day fine, next day no connection. Called the customer service and they are delaying any help and keeping us waiting to be called back.

Do not get fiber from them, try someplace else.

Very often that internet is not aviable…

Very often that internet is not aviable at home because telenor is turning off line idk what is going on and what’s the reason but it know to be for 2,3 days without internet so bad service, and yet they forcing it in Norway as a good network but it’s not.

Weekend speed ethernet difference

It seems like evening and weekends the network is restricted or throttled, I can run a speed test during the week and achieve around 1092mbs on a 1 gig purchased contract. But at weekend still on ethernet connections it can range between 300 to 500mbps when checked about 5 mins later its back at aroun 800-900 mbps. Very strange!

DO NOT USE

Would give 0 stars...extremely unreliable connectivity. I've have had major issues everytime my phone connected to their network, wasted so much time troubleshooting with my provider in my home country as well as banks. Screw you Telenor!!!!

Worst customer service ever and of any…

Worst customer service ever and of any other country. I live in 4 different countries,and stay in more, which one is Balkan. All respects all of their clients that pays, having English option except the Scandinabian Telenor. I guess Scandinabia is still living in Viking ages.

2 HOURS calling customer service and no answer!!!!!

My wifi is not working for 2 days and I’ve tried everything their bot asked me to do! Restart.. reset.. I did everything and still didn’t work!!!!!I’ve been calling their customer service for almost 2 HOURS now, waiting in line for 30 minutes each, and NOBODY ANSWER!!!!!!!!WHAT A GARBAGE OF SERVICE!!!!! VERY IRRESPONSIBLE!! WHY DO YOU WORK AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO ANSWER THE CALL?!!!Update: after 1 HOUR in waiting line, they finally answered and the guy on the phone said the error is just because my name is not registered. I told him that I’ve been using thus since 2021!!! But he INSISTED that it is just some registration stuff and asked me to wait 20 mins.So I waited 2 hours and guess what, IT IS STILL NOT FREAKING WORKING!!!!!NOW I’M CALLING THEM AGAIN, ANOTHER 1-2 HOURS IN WAITING LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!ANSWERING A CALL IS YOUR JOB!!!! I’M WAITING TOTAL 3-4 HOURS JUST FOR YOU TO DO YOUR FREAKING JOB IS WASTE OF MY TIME!!!!!!!!!

No internet in 3 weeks

It has been three weeks now since internet went down in my apartment. I have been calling to the customer service daily and every time I get a different answer: broken cable, not enough staff to fix the issue, Telenor actually does not have staff to fix the issue, and under contractor has not done what they were supposed to. Last time I got a phone number to Eltel as they were apparently handling my case and when I called them they said that Telenor had not contacted them at all and that they do have enough people even over summers to fix issues like this, but they need a message from Telenor. Called back Telenor where the customer service just repeated over and over the same practised sentences that I have been hearing all of them telling me the past 3 weeks and literally refusing to answer my questions. A week ago I was also told not to call them anymore as it is making unnecessary calls to their customer service and another person just told me to wait and hang up the phone. I cannot recommend this company to anyone who would like to have a working internet in their home as Telenor obviously does not care about their customers and for them it is ok if the internet had been down for 3 weeks and I just need to patiently wait for someone to contact me (been waiting for 3 weeks). I doubt that I will ever hear from them..

Avoid if you can Telenor

After over 10 years in Telia, we were convinced to move to Telenor due to better network and better customer service. Sales agent, promised to cover all necessary fees. And that was nice promise....Very bad network when travelling abroad, disaster customer service. in every invoice - additional fees - which were not included in the Offer. Additionaly mobile number, which we received, belonged to someone else earlier, so I even got threats, why I stolen number.The biggest mistake I made!!!!After 6 months we moved back to Telia, despite we had to pay double fees for ending contract.Avoid if you can.

This is the worst internet provider I…

This is the worst internet provider I have ever come across. It has 0 consistency. I am sitting with a constant packet loss and sometimes just get logged out of the internet entirely. I have used internet for 20 years and never come across something so atrocious.
