Review Time
Hi,I am receiving too many sales calls and they don't delete my phone number although I told them I don't know how many times to do so. If that's not you who are calling (some imposter scam), I am ready to delete the review. This is the number who called me 2 times in last 7 days, 41401353. Asking a lot of personal questions about internet usage and so on. If it is part of your organization, please stop calling and asking creepy questions.
Worst customer service I've ever had the misfortune to require. Every time I called them about a problem, they created a new one. I had issues from the very beginning with them not sending equipment, giving me "discounts" for services that never arrived, sending the wrong equipment, giving false information about services. I even found an extra charge on my mobile subscription. For what? Insurance I very specifically opted out of when buying the phone. Most recently, I sent an email (after a while I stopped calling and started writing so I could at least have a record of what customer service was saying and doing) asking if there is any termination fee or breach fee for cancelling my TV subscription and I received no answer to my question, naturally. What I did receive, however, was an order confirmation for fiber internet, a cancellation document to be signed and returned, and instructions on how to return the T-We Boks. You can't make this stuff up.
Telenor is a chaos. I took over an fiber connection from Telenor with a apartment I bought. First I thought, I might as well choose to keep them and transfer the subscription to me. I thought it would be the easiest, but it turned out to be a nightmare. The first time I call costumer service they say they could transfer everything to me, no problem. Then they write me and say that the previous owner have to call the to cancel her subscription before they can transfer it to me. I call them and say that I'm going to do that, but that I need to consider other options before I sign up as a costumer. The previous owner write me that I have to send all the equipment back to Telenor and they had to send me new equipment if I wanted to keep them as my internet provider. For me this removed the only reason to keep Telenor. I thought nothing more of it and signed a deal with another internet provider. One day a get a letter from Telenor in the post where they welcomed me as a new costumer. They second guy I talked to at costumer service probably never reported that I changed my mind. I thought the easiest thing was to use my right to regret the purchase. I got a confirmation that the deal was cancelled and thought that this would be the end of my troubles with Telenor. Some days later I find my internet not working. After troubleshooting on my own I call Telenor. I ask if its a technical problem or a problem with the subscription. The guy tells me that its a technical problem and that he will send the case to the tech department. Two days later a guy from Telenor calls me and says they have cut of my access because the prevoius owner had cancelled her subscription and that I had regretted my purchase. I asked him how they could do this when the previous owner had payed for all september he gave an answer that made no sense. Someting with that they were not commited to deliver their service in the grace period after the previous costumer had cancelled if there's a new costumer waiting to take over. The first time I called them I said that I wanted to take over from october 1. I did never say that I wanted to take over in september. To open the internet access I had to get the previous owner to call them (again) but it would take several days anyway for them to open my intenet access. And they didnt even offer to pay for the days that they had, by their mistake, closed my internet. This is the worst costumer service ever!Update: The previous owner was quick to contact Telenor, but they said that they could not reopen her subscription, she had to become a new costumer. But they said that they would credit her for the rest of september. And for some reason now I have internet access, but who knows for how long?
I had the Telenor WIFI and we were not satisfied at all with the connection and speed. Client service was hard to reach and said the usual stuff and couldn't do anything at all.NOW I moved and to CANCEL I have to pay a so called BREECH fee to get out of the contract of roughly 300 Euro. Fazit: Telenor loves taking money and is not so keen on providing benefits FOR the customer. inJOY your day
