Telenors business practices are predatory and their so called customer support line only exists for profit and has nothing to do with helping the consumer, they primarely focus on trying to sell frustrated people more of their poor services. Further more, they have a severely unstable internet.
I have never dealt with such an unprofessional company. The customer service is just terrible, to the point that are thick. They don't know what they are doing, just don't want to help. I think if I talked to ceo of the company he be thick as well. Don't ever deal with this company.
It’s unbelievable. I’ve been off the Internet for three days, I’ve called tech support, and I can tell you that the staff are just not qualified. only the fourth operator was able to solve my problem with Wi-Fi. Telenor seriously need to pay attention to the professional suitability of its staff. This is incredibly unprofessional.
They rise prices when they like :D in my case every 6-10mnd was invoice increased by 74% just in 1.5year . 02 2022 we start with 99kr/mnd ended up 10 2023 174kr/mnd. Stay away from thieves...I get the same package in ICE for 50kr!!!! p.s.it was abonnement for kid
I should be giving a 0 review to Telenor... Probably the worst decision to change my internet to Telenor.I changed my internet service to Telenor fibre cable and the start date was set to be September 1. Today is September 6 and they have not even come to my house to connect the internet. I call Telenor. They say that they have forwarded the case to OneCall and I should call them (and they can't help). I call OneCall- They say that someone will call me for the appointment. And I have not received any call. I have disconnected my previous internet supplier and is left without internet for such a long time.
The worst experience in my entire life with trying to get internet from them, seriously. I have NEVER encountered such level of incompetence, unprofessionalism and stupidity when it comes to any interaction as a customer. They messed up LITERALLY every single thing on every single step. NEVER WANT TO HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS COMPANY EVER. Stay far away from them.They wrote wrong info, the number that they sent to installers was not the same that the one that i ordered from. I didn't order a router. They tried to send me the router. I wanted a CABLE installation. They told me i don't need it. I DID need it. After 3 hours in general of going back and forth on the phone i was happy to have a installation. They changed my order in the meantime from 500mbit to 100mbit. Nobody told me. They probably even didn't know. The installers told me i will have to pay 2000kr for the installation (Eltel). Eltel customer service doesn't exist. 2h on the phone - nobody answered few days in a row. When the installer came, he told me that he is only here to instal....... a router. A router........ Back to calls. They sent me 2 fakturas for the service they never provided. I asked for different installer, they told me that this time they will make it right. They told me i have to wait up to 2 weeks for the installers to choose when they can come. I canceled everything and told them that i don't want to have anything to do with their company.1,5 months and they couldn't do a simple task. Today (weeks later) an installer (oneco) calls me that they are ready to install my router. :DNEVER. EVER. ORDER. ANYTHING. FROM. TELENOR.It is the worst service i ever encountered. I ordered from different provider. Had internet few days later. Cheaper. Faster speed (1000 fiber).Congrats Telenor.You are masters of losing clients.
Avoid Telenor - they alter your service and its price without telling you. They seem to assume that you won't review your monthly bill, and thus, can sneakily take more of your hard-earned cash. The company seems to be led by snakes in suits who show no empathy towards their customers.My story:Let's begin with the fact that for a long time I had an internet subscription with them, which worked fine. Suddenly, my bill got higher without any prior warning. Upon asking why, they told me they had changed their service plans, meaning I had to pay more for a faster internet connection. I didn't need a faster connection, and I expressed my concern about the rise in cost without any notification. They insisted that they had sent me a mail, which I never got, and argued they were legally allowed to do this. When I made it clear I wouldn't pay extra for a service I didn't need, they reduced my internet speed from 250Mbps to 100Mbps, again without letting me know, so I could pay less. Despite my displeasure, I moved on with my life chose not to fight the issue.This month, however, I got another surprise when my bill was once again higher than expected. Telenor decided to charge me an extra 156NOK per month for an email account that gets created automatically when you sign up with them. The customer service put the blame on me for creating the email, a step I had no intention of taking as I already had an email address. This is clearly a trap. Then, I had to listen to them threaten me about turning my account over to debt collectors if I didn't pay the bill. They were using threats to make me pay for something I never approved. Unbelievable. They ultimately agreed to return the extra charge and cancel the email, but only after I pay them first.I will never recommend Telenor to anyone. I will be switching providers the first opportunity I get.
Just got Telenor TV, because that's what was foisted on us by the dreaded apartment management committee. Telenor TV is crap. A particular "pleasure" is using the playback function to watch a 2 hour crime show, just to have the recording stop before the end. Obviously, the last few minutes of such a show aren't important. Why would I need to know the criminal and motive? You can't rush a Norwegian, so shows tend to run late, but how Telenor can't figure out how to adapt to this inevitability is beyond me.
They suddenly increased my subscription from 400 Nok to 700 nok, and when I wrote to them they said that they had notified me before about the subscription change, which they didn't.This is outrageous. I never saw or accepted that I'm going to be transferred to the new more expensive subscription.And I wrote 4 emails to their support to which they replied with some non relevant information to my case as if they were not reading my email at all.Awful company, 0 respect to their customers, stay clear
