Olu’s service was outstanding! He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful - I couldn’t have asked for a more prompt resolution to my issue. I needed my Wi-Fi split between 2.4GHz and 5GHz, and he not only handled it quickly but also explained how I can manage this myself in the admin settings for future use. Proactive response from 4th Utility, glad I took the call. I was in the process of trying to get a response from my current service provider, having battled through their chatbot, to then have someone in India join the chat only to find they didn't read everything I had written. Then suddenly my phone rang and I found 4th Utility following up on my enquiry through their website. The 4th Utility agent (Mike) clearly understands the infrastructure very well, and being based in the UK, he spoke very clearly. I managed to sign up to a great deal which will half the cost Virgin Media (my current provided) are planning to raise my contract to next march. Having been with Virgin Media for over 25 years, I usually ring them and strike a good deal, however as their website shows they only offer the best deals to new customers, ie milk existing customers and don't reward loyalty its time to leave.. Well done 4th Utility, I am so glad I took your call and will be leaving the Virgin after 25 years.
My installation went smoothly. The installers were very pleasant and came with all the right equipment. The local Project manager - Charles was a star and made everything work well. The system works great. Speed like lightening. Can recommend.
