Chris the technical operator was both patient and professional as he talked me through the stages of finding and correction of the fault. Our router was rebooted by Chris at his end resulting in re connection of our Internet. Thank you Chris.

4th Utility -highly recommend!!

4th Utility made changing Internet provider very easy. Chat using WhatsApp to sign up made the process very straightforward.4th Utility let my current provider know that I was moving to them and confirmation this had been done. The equipment arrived before the change-over date. On the date specified I simply plugged device in and used the Network and Password provided by SMS and email. 💯 recommend 4th Utility if Full Fibre available in your residence. Checking for this was very easy on their website.

He didn't do what most companies do and start asking me to turn off and on things to see if that helps. He asked what was wrong and started trying to fix. Managed to find the issue quickly and fix it.
