Did not have internet for 48 hours. Aneeq took ownership of the problem and sorted it out! Initially it seemed like it would take another 24 hours to fix but once he sorted it, he actually called to let me know the internet was fixed, instead of me having to call the next day for an update- very professional and thorough
I had a quite difficult start to getting the connectivity started. I wasn’t able to connect with the support team for nearly 4 hours. however when I connected with Olu, he was very patient took time to understand the issue and then ensured that he set up the connectivity and ensured the speeds were up to expectations.The ratings are for the service Olu provided and not necessarily for 4th Utility
I have been a 4th utility client for almost two years and I can say that the connection is very stable, comes with an extra 5% in upload and download and never had any problem.I have 250 Mbs speed pack but upon testing I always get around 270. I highly recommend 4th Utility.
My present broadband supplier uses a call centre in a country where English isn't their 1st language. They're nice friendly people but I feel this policy puts both the customer and the call handler at a disadvantage and often mistakes are made. It's refreshing that 4th Utility haven't done this and Wayne was friendly, polite and knowledgeable and it was easy to discuss my question with him.
