Great provider so much better than Virgin

I have been with 4th utility before and now so happy it’s in my area after moving to the coast. Callum this time looked after me and my partner setting up our new WiFi and couldn’t be happier to be with them again. Ease of service, great communication.

Always read the one star reviews

Always read the one star reviews, particularly when all the 5 stars are simply one or two sentences saying ‘Carl’ was great in getting me connected. All fake. Truth is this company is an absolute sham. I didn’t get anywhere near the connection speed advertised back in June 25 and in trying to get a resolution, I was put down a path of complete and utter incompetence and shameful customer service, that is continuing to this day. Do not trust them when they say they’re elevating the support call to level 2, do not trust them when they say they’ll call back and do not trust a single word they say over the phone as theyll still come demanding money. Long story short. I left within 14 day period due to simply not getting service and not getting any call backs when they said they’ll would, I am still however being hounded for money despite my account being closed and them acknowledging the terrible service I had and giving me a full refund. I have raised a complaint over a month ago and guess what? I’ve had nothing back from them since yet have had another email demanding money that they’ve refunded! Please do your research on this company and believe the one star ratings here.
