I've heard about 4th utility just a couple days ago and today I've made the call, Nick the gentleman that it took my call was very polite and he answered to all my questions regarding the Internet package and helped me to choose the best broadband deal for my house

Another bad experiance I now have to…

Another bad experiance I now have to pay £5 a month for a static IP so I can use my internet as I used to with my old provider. Not much of a saving now after getting me signed up. This is my second negative review in my first month with them they told me to ring and mention that I left a review but he wasn't intrested just wanted the extra £5 a month.So to recap 3 total outages and now an increase in price I should have stayed with my previous provider. Beware before signing up things you are used to do not come as standard, call with issues takes forever and 3 outages in my first month.Oh and when they reply to these reviews its meaningless as they asked me to mention it on a call and he couldn't care less a little embaressing for me.

Saraj was great, resolved my question quickly and provided me with a range of options. Was also very helpful and offered to go on hold or call me back whilst I spoke to my flatmate. 4th Utility is definitely the best value WiFi in Greater Manchester
