Another bad experiance I now have to…

Another bad experiance I now have to pay £5 a month for a static IP so I can use my internet as I used to with my old provider. Not much of a saving now after getting me signed up. This is my second negative review in my first month with them they told me to ring and mention that I left a review but he wasn't intrested just wanted the extra £5 a month.So to recap 3 total outages and now an increase in price I should have stayed with my previous provider. Beware before signing up things you are used to do not come as standard, call with issues takes forever and 3 outages in my first month.Oh and when they reply to these reviews its meaningless as they asked me to mention it on a call and he couldn't care less a little embaressing for me.
