Was given a good deal by Nick, via a direct number. Didn't have to wait in a queue and give lots of details. The call took less than 15 minutes for me to get 6 times the speed my previous provider was offering. I have not yet had the installation of service so this review is based solely on the sales call.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️I had a great experience with 4th Utilita! They answered my question about my installation date quickly and clearly, and kept me updated throughout the whole process. It’s really reassuring to deal with a team that communicates so well and makes sure you always know what’s happening. Excellent customer service — thank you for your help!
After going through all the options on the automated phone responder, I chose the ' i want to leave' option and got an answer on my second ring... where as my wife discovered using any other option puts the caller on hold for over an hour...
Here is my 3rd one star review. I will write one every day. Everybody needs to see how hopeless this company is. AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! AVOID !! Do not, under any circumstances sign up to this provider. You will pay for the worst broadband and customer service ever.Don’t believe me? Check out all the negative reviews. Everyone says the same thing. Broadband drops every 5 minutes. Slow broadband. Hopeless customer service. Hours spent phoning to complain. No action taken. No email to complain to…. The list is endless.2 official complaints sent, no response.10 weeks of hopeless internet connection. Threats of charging me over £500 for leaving.Every reply to these reviews asks me to make contact with them… why should I waste my time calling you and waiting on the phone another 30-40 minutes. I expect a manager to call me and sort these issues out. They have my details, but never call or email to make things right. Next move is to report them to ofcom, and BBC Watchdog. There’s something not right here and 4th Utility needs investigating and shutting down
