Review Time
Had my Internet installed 2 weeks ago. The technician installed it in a room that apparently had amazing signal. I now have no Internet in other rooms of my flat. The only way around this is to pull the router into the middle of the hallway from the room they installed the router in. This is not practical whatsoever as you need to step over the router and are now unable to close the door due to the 3 wires running from the router into the room.Customer service are diabolical. I have called 5 times in the past two weeks and each time I was on hold for over an hour. Three times the call was cut out after being on hold and twice I was answered and told there was nothing they can do. On top of this i have sent an email to 4th utility over a week ago outlining the issues and have not even had a response to say the email had been picked up.AVOID AVOID AVOID.

shocking installation team, three vans of workers and no one knew what job they were booked to do. took out contract for fast fibre and ended up with speeds of lass than 40mbps. tech guy on the phone then made things worse and refused to promise i could speak to an alternative member of staff, telling me he is the best at his job in his team very defensively...really poor service, and we still have worse internet than before fibre
Really smooth installation and what seemed like a very good deal indeed! Until you need to contact them and actually speak to someone, as there does'nt seem to be anyone, just automated garble telling you to use their web portal, which is useless. Zero points for customer service!Thanks for the reply, no one actually answered the phone to deal with my concerns. Just the same automated rubbish no matter what option I chose! Utterly non existent customer service. You don't deserve my business. How about you remove your equipment and I'll terminate our contract, which you have broken by not providing adequate customer service and I'll take my business to a competent organisation!!!
Absolutely shocking customer service. Was told I needed someone at the property to do some trouble shooting. While I was on the phone merged the phone call and the silly guy hung up on us. 45 minute wait to get through for nothing. Terrible terrible customer service.
Cancelled after first week. Couldn't login to Disney+, so did a speed check and it was 18 mbps, was meant to have 150 mbps. Supposed to get my payment refunded for cancelling within 14 days, I didn't even though my account has been credited I have never received the payment, and now after 3 months of me leaving they have contacted me wanting their equipment back or they will charge me £75. Took it to tip last week as after 3 months of not hearing anything from them I didn't think they wanted it back. They could've said when I phoned to cancel that they wanted it back but they didn't. It's cost me £96 for a week of poor broadband. Rubbish, steer well clear.
