4th Utility 900Mbps full fibre

I have just signed up to 4th Utility. I was struggling with the sign up process online, so came away from it. I quickly received a call from Nick at 4th Utility. Nick was very helpful and very polite. He filled in all my details whilst I was on the phone. I now only have to wait for a call to have the internet activated, this should be either today or tomorrow. Overall, I am very happy with the customer service that Nick provided and how quickly he set it all up, I mean, I was on the phone less than 8 minutes, no faffing! 😀

I appreciate Brian giving me plenty of notice before he arrived. Great customer service polite and friendly guy. Explained what was happening and how he was going to fit the wifi . The most impressive part was Brian cleaned up after himself and hoovered up thank you.

Very kind and helpful, ensured I have a smooth transition where I do not lose money

Very quick call back following enquiry online regarding opening an account.Installation of new broadband unit is not possible before my current package with another provider ended and made the team aware that the price of this package would double to £58 - was kindly offered the first 3 months free of 4th Utility package to ensure I was not out of pocket. Very helpful experience overall.

Great solution

Well done to Saraj. It took a while before reaching someone, but when I did, Saraj was amazingly helpful. He apologied for the wait and explained that the busines is growing at a rapid rate; it will be quicker to connect soon he said as they will have more staff to supporrt the growth. Saraj was terrific in understanding the service I need, and was able to find a good solution - thank you very much. I am happy to recommmend 4th Ultility - I have been a customer for a few years and will contintue to be, I am sure.
