I ordered the Bushcraft bundle to add to my Master Snazen Serbian. The Serbian Cleaver made short work of the sirloin and round steak I needed to slice up for jerky. Both the cleaver and the precision knife are well balanced with an excellent blade. The bundle arrived on time (while I was on vacation of course) and are packaged very nicely. My only "want" is a Guild knife block to show these beauties off.
Cooking Guild is the real deal! You see many ads for what look to be good products and get let down but the two knives I have purchased from Cooking Guild are great high quality and will last a lifetime! I have the heavy chopper and the Damascus steel with the resin handle are both beautiful and tough. My wife loves them both!
I just received my knife yesterday and used it today. The balance of the blade is great and allows me to chop veggies easily- even raw carrots. I was worried about the weight as I have carpal tunnel syndrome but the overall design made this knife much easier to use than my old lighter weight set. Visually the knife is beautiful and I can’t wait to get a magnetic strip so it can be on display. Definitely worth the money.
Hello there on and all,I would like to brief shout my joys over the new Camp/Clever knife I just received in the mail.I had to wait for sometime while it was in transit for the Covid issue has affected all of us!To begin with it is everything I expected as a great cooking tool. I cook a lot and finding a fine quality knife is no easy task. I have a few of them but this knife is by far better than them all. I can use it for anything. From cutting, slicing and preparing it is fast and a great edge. It is not hard on the hand to use and because of the clever quality you safely use it in chopping to fine slicing! I even use it to measure spices and adding ingredients to my combinations. I whole heartily recommend this "Men With The Pot" knife! It is everything the folks at The Cooking Guild speak of and then some! Understand here, these guys asked me for a honest review of this knife and here it is! It does everything from paring to large tasks. Look you all love to cook and have a great experience in while cooking then get this "MenWithThePot" Cooking Clever. You will very glad you did! I am! I purchased this Knife several months ago and absolutely love it. The sharpness of the blade, balance of the knife, beauty of it are all fantastic.I highly recommend it and look forward to purchasing more. I’d love to send one to all of my friends if I could.
I was very excited to receive the knives. I used them right away and they will be treasured in my kitchen for years. I made a corn beef roast in and iron skillet with garlic- horse-radish gravy. When slicing through the meat the cleaved knife was great!!!
