Great customer service after UPS messed up our original delivery and lost the knife! The cooking guild were very attentive and after no joy with their enquiries to UPS posted another knife out express delivery which arrived within 3 days. The knife is fantastic, razor sharp and very good quality. The sheath is very durable indeed and certainly looks after the edge of the blade. All in all, would highly recommend. Thank you.
These knives are absolutely amazing! I purchased them for my husband for his Birthday and he was so so happy to get these knives! The craftsmanship and love that was put into making these knives shows that they want to impress their customers and they did just that for us! What beautiful pieces of artwork! Truly! They are that impressive! Buy these knives! You will be so glad you did!
Excellent products and outstanding customer service! Would 100% recommend and use The CG again. We had some issues with international delivery (entirely not The CGs fault, it was the freight company’s) The CG were so helpful and kept in contact with us every step of the way until our parcel arrived. Hey guys and gals! Want to leave a review. I'm not a fan of reviews because the person and accountability is some not there and words are all that left. Why would we tie our hands behind our back when we can use them to promote an idea or thought. With that said, want to relate that through longer than delivery times of no fault to this company, fed ex created an unnecessary stress to the reception of these knives. With excellent communication and eyes on the prize mindset, the c.guild sent a replacement set to me. I am not easy to work with and sometimes to my fault. The knives are excellent. The care in packaging is thoughtful and effective. I know I liked them because immediately I started cutting braised chicken and smoked brisket (homemade) immediately. The truth! You call the area you cook,create,and live home? These knives are excellent compliment. My background is food and people. My education coordinates this and service is my mode d'employ. Confidence is exuded with the craftsmanship and how they feel in your hands and can be a direct extension of your heart for the people these will serve. Guys, specifically, you may not win in the sitcom on TV, so turn it off, find your creativity with these knives and make something delicious and practical. These tools will serve you well. I bought a pack of two of these Knives (came with sheath)! Wow, is all I can say! Super sharp! Well Made! Shipped straight from Canada (Took about a week). These are Heavy Knives, be careful when using them! They'll Last a Lifetime if taken care of. Very Happy!
I ordered the Bushcraft bundle and I am shocked at how incredible these knives are. Shipping was super fast, the blades came really nicely packaged and the sheaths were included too, which I didn't expect at all! These are big girl knives for sure and INCREDIBLY SHARP! 1000% recommend!
I bought the Bushcraft Bundle because I have spent far more on too many inferior stainless knives over the years that do not hold an edge. The knives arrived today and they are absolutely beautiful. Nicely weighted. The sheaths are also beautiful and the large one comes with a pocket for a sharpening stone. My true test was if they would cut through sweet potatoes and turnips. I am thoroughly pleased to tell you that they do. I have NEVER had a knife slice through like that. I can't wait to show my husband because I know he will be pleased with this purchase. I would also like to compliment this company for their continued communication and updates on delivery and their feedback afterwards. Their packaging was superior as well. Yes I would highly recommend.
Received my Bushcraft knife set a few days ago and broke it in tonight with a bacon wrapped ribeye roast. Also prepped for Easter brunch tomorrow and chopped up a bunch of veggies. Knife is well balanced, perfectly sharp out of the box and exactly as advertised! Sheaths are extremely sturdy too! Solid product.
