Quality! I always do custom cases and the website is really user friendly, I’ve been able to upload my logo onto the case and the quality is great! I’m also really happy with the quality of the armoured cases, it has kept my phone protected every time I’ve dropped it!
A few years ago I purchased an iPhone case from The Dairy and had a few issues with it. Seemed to be a common issue with the colour fading away. They had some new designs now that my wife really liked so decided to give them another go, even though was slightly hesitant due to price and past experience. Wow such a huge difference now! Whatever they have done to make the quality better has really worked. If you are on the fence about purchasing from them, I would say go for it! I have now purchased another for my daughter from their custom range.
I love their phone cases. I ended up having a crack in mine after a couple months of having it, I had emailed them and they responded so quickly to help me out. I sent them a few photos of the damage on my case and they are sending me a brand new case free of charge! Super fast and helpful service. They are great!! 😊
I have purchased The Dairy products for around 10 years and they are my go to brand for phone cases. I’ve purchased designer cases, personalised cases and custom cases. All have been fantastic and last. The armoured case protects the phone and screen really well. Fast delivery and great communication from the brand. Love love love! Can’t recommend enough.
AMAZING customer service! I ordered a personalized phone case & the writing came in off colored & faded. I reached out to the support team, & they got back to me immediately! They had a replacement ready the same day, no charge. They were incredibly kind, helpful, & accommodating! I have bought from here before & LOVED my case. The quality is amazing🖤 so I am very excited for my custom case to come in after being corrected!
