My experience has been flawless! After my order came, I wasn’t the biggest fan of the design anymore so I emailed to make an exchange and it was the easiest process ever!! Such good quality and such a lovely team at the dairy. Much appreciation ⭐️
i ordered a snap phone case for my iphone 12 at the dairy, but when it arrived it didn't fit, and it ended up breaking while i put it on. i reached out to customer support, who sent a new case immediately. this one dis also for some reason not fit my phone, and the dairy offered me an upgrade to their armoured version or a refund. i ended up going with the refund, but i will say that the case was sooo pretty, and had there been no problems the second time around, i wouldn't have contacted the (very sweet) customer support team.
I am so impressed with The Dairy. Most of all their customer service, really quick processing as well as response to email queries is top tier. They have such a great variety of cases and great quality. Highly recommend. Very genuine brand with excellent customer service.

The case is great quality and even comes with a little storage bag that is so cute!! When i ordered the wrong phone case and asked for a refund and return informations they were so quick to respond and very kind.
