I always struggled to find a phone case I wouldn’t get tired of after a few days until I discovered The Dairy. Their phone cases are absolutely beautiful and I instantly fell in love with my Blue Shells case. I haven’t taken it off since. I get so many compliments on it and several people have already bought the same one after seeing mine.
This is the second phone case I’ve purchased from this company, and I couldn’t be happier! Their cases are incredibly durable, beautifully made, and truly keep your phone well protected. First off, The Dairy has great products but more than that their customer service is stellar. It's what's missing in most small and big business. I ordered two phone cases, one for me and one for my wife. a few hours after placing my order I received a lovely email checking to make sure I had chosen the correct case for my wife's phone, in which I hadn't, and also explained how to check in my settings to find out the exact model of phone. Even though I already knew those steps it was super considerate of them. They held the order until the correct information was provided to ensure the order was exact. It was so refreshing to deal with kind humans. Thank you!
I love it all, the designs, the artists and the quality of the cases! In addition to that I love love love their click-it it don’t even understand how people hold their phone and kindle anymore 🤣 it’s the best! I also love my computer slip, it looks so pretty!
I ordered the wrong phone and asked to return it and was gearing up for it to be a long, lengthy process (esp with them being in AUS and me in the US) that ended with me not even being able to return it and getting no money back - and much to my surprise they sent me the loveliest message essentially telling me to pass it on and gave me a full refund. The BEST e-comm customer service I'd have in a long, long time.
