This recent purchase gave me all the confidence, my phone fell off the roof of my car and slammed on the concrete floor, I was so scared to lift my phone and see a smashed screen, however my phone was very well protected from the case, the case cracked but the phone was saved! I am so impressed! Buying another without doubt
My phone case arrived about 5 days after being shipped, the case was solid and the painting on the front was so pretty and clear. No pixelation, I have dropped it a few times accidentally and still no cracks or chips. Probably one of the best phone cases I have bought!

The website is great to navigate. The selection of creative case designs is top notch. The shipping timeframe was good. The case arrived and felt sturdy, like it is giving my phone a great hug. The design I chose brings a smile to my face every time I look at it, it also brings a smile to those I show it to, and that means a lot to me as we use our phones so much for work and personal agendas on a daily basis.
I received my phone case and i wasn’t 100% satisfied with the colour so after a few emails The Diary sent me a code to order a brand new case with no additional cost, and i got to keep the original case! Amazing costumer service team - emailed back quick and efficiently.
I’m pretty disappointed with my order. The Hibiscus Flower Deep Blue phone case has black edges that were not shown in the product photos, which makes it look cheap compared to what was advertised. The AirPods case also doesn’t fit properly. The top piece does not stay on. Even with the tape provided, it is not very functional at all. Another issue is that the pattern does not line up, and there is a very noticeable seam. Overall, the quality of both items is not what I expected and is not worth the price.
