The Dairy has exceptional customer service, the best I’ve ever experienced. I emailed them regarding a phone case (which was gorgeous in person, just a little bit different to what I’d had in mind). Their email replies to me were so prompt, caring and productive. I highly recommend them both for their customer service and beautiful fun products. I’ve only just started using their phone case but it seems sturdy and high quality.
I reached out to this company when I realized the color of my custom case turned out darker than I hoped, they automatically reached out to help with multiple options for me to be happy with my case! They were fast, kind and efficient with solving my problem and I appreciate that from a small company! Will def shop here again!
Customer service is next level amazing, I could no longer get my fav case via the website when I’d upgraded my phone.As they were still using the artist they were able to make a special order case for me and it was delivered soo quickly. 100% perfect !!Staff are so helpful, always going above and beyond. 10/10
I cannot recommend this company enough!! I had my phone stolen and immediately came to their website looking for the case I had so that I could repurchase it for my new phone but it was sadly no longer available. I emailed their customer support explaining my situation asking if there were any in stock I could buy and they responded in <5 hours and printed and shipped me a new one free of charge! This company truly is ran by the best team and I will never buy a phone case from another company ever again.
Honestly so great. I bought two cases that were for iPhone Plus and they were for the wrong model. So I reached out to their customer service team to see if I could exchange cases and they ended up just refunding me and telling me to donate the cases. I was planning to share screenshot of the email but it looks like I can't upload images. Trust me they are awesome (and check out their cute Mootini case :') )
Just received my replacement case & I’ve got to say..... the best customer service EVER!!!! I noticed some fading on my old case so I reached out. The team explained it was due to a batch of faulty inks/machines, which they’ve since sorted. They sent me a fresh new case and it looks perfect!! Couldn’t be happier. Defs a customer for life. ♥️
