I’ve been shopping with the dairy for at least two years now and every single time it is such an enjoyable experience.The cases are amazing, with time they do fade, as normal cases do. But the quality and the customer care team make up for the fact of this.I will continue to shop and recommend the cases to everyone I meet!
Customer service and response time unbelievable! I ordered the wrong phone case by mistake. So understanding and went above and beyond to help me. Could not recommend this company enough. This is coming for someone that very rarely writes reviews.
Pretty prints and good phone protection but unfortunately I need to look elsewhere due to a lack of MagSafe capability and fading issues with my cover which I noticed from maybe under a year since purchase. It is now 16 months old and looks terrible but is out of warranty and customer service will not replace. Nice if you are happy to replace it after 1-2 years due to fading.
This is the best iPhone case I have ever owned! I love the cow design and the smooth, silky feel of the case in my hand. It fits my phone so snuggly that I feel safe in the knowledge it won’t drop out and the little protective zipped case is a gorgeous and practical touch.
Oh my goodness, what a fabulous company! Through no fault of theirs, the product I’d bought did not work out for me and I wrote to request a return. Their responses were so quick, personal and friendly. They are extremely generous and make beautiful, extremely high quality products. I highly recommend The Dairy.
Customer service is AMAZING and FAST!!! I had an issue with delivery times as the case I ordered would arrive to my home after I went away to college. I reached out to customer service and they sent me a case for free to my dorm in college!!! They were very understanding and respectful and very informative. Quality of the case feels amazing and does make the price worth it! MagSafe is strong as well! Love the cute designs, definitely more excited to take mirror pics! ☺️💖🤳🏾
Bought a case as a first time customer. Didn’t realise there was a sale. After finding out about it I reached out to their support team to ask if they could apply the discount via a refund and no questions asked, they did! Amazing service and so responsive.
