I ordered a yellow diamond engagement ring with Michael and The Diamond Ring Company. The company came highly recommended by three of my colleagues, all happy customers! Before I got the recommendation for The Diamond Ring Company, my fiance and I had visited several other jewellers in Hatton Garden, and I found the experience to be very overwhelming, some jewellers were very pushy, and I didn't trust any of them. Michael could not be more different - he has many years of experience in the industry, he was very calm and transparent, explained everything very clearly to me and I never felt like he was pushing me towards anything. I took my time figuring out the design I wanted, and Michael was very patient throughout. I shared some photos of the design that I liked that included a peekaboo halo that I'd not seen offered anywhere else in London, and the end result was perfect! I found that it was also good value for money and a quick turnaround once I made up my mind, my fiance was also very pleased. All in all, a great experience with The Diamond Ring Company, I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an engagement ring!
Michael and Alex were great! Really helpful and showed they really cared. Without putting any kind of pressure on they just advised when needed and listened to exactly what I wanted. Needed an engagement ring asap to tie in with important dates and Michael assisted me and kept me in the loop at all times. In today’s world of faceless online experiences Michael was personable, accommodating and most of all made it feel like he cared. People buy people, I could have got the ring (which was amazing) elsewhere, but Michael was the difference maker. Keep up the good work! The now fiancé loves the ring.

Michael was brilliant, really friendly and helpful, from my first call enquiring if they could help us with our wedding bands that we needed in just two weeks, to fitting us in at short notice when we suddenly decided to collect them in person to check the fit instead of having them posted as previously arranged. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable considering the last minute rush we were in. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
