We had such a fantastic experience with The Diamond Ring Company. Michael was incredibly helpful from start to finish; friendly, knowledgeable, and never pushy. He gave us clear, honest information and really supported us through the decision-making process, which made the whole experience enjoyable and stress-free. We ended up choosing a trilogy diamond engagement ring, which they made for us, and we couldn’t be happier with how beautiful it is. A genuinely excellent service and a day we’ll remember. Michael at The Diamond Ring Company is a true gentlemen. I was recommended him by a colleague to make a bespoke diamond engagement ring, and the process throughout was exemplary. Having gone into the conversation knowing little about diamonds, Michael was patient, gave incredibly useful and fair advice on where you should spend and save across the four C's, and was a great fun along the way. Having turned around the engagement ring in a matter of days, there was only one place we were going back to for our wedding bands! Michael had a huge selection to choose from and even threw in complimentary engraving as a returning customer. The lifetime service of resizing and polishing is also a brilliant touch.I couldn't recommend Michael and The Diamond Ring Company highly enough!
