I bought a bespoke diamond engagement ring and could not be more delighted with the exceptional service provided by Michael and Alex. The team created the perfect ring for my fiance and provided honest advice throughout the process (which was highly valuable to a diamond novice like myself!)I met a number of Hatton Garden dealers and Michael stood out from our first meeting as friendly, incredibly helpful and highly trustworthy. After one meeting with these guys you won't want to buy from any other dealers!

Michael and Alex made what could be a difficult/daunting/confusing process completely stress free and simple. Everything I needed to know was explained in a way that was easily understandable for someone like me with no knowledge of rings. I was never under pressure to spend more than I was comfortable with, and the ring was available very quickly- much faster than with bigger jewelers. They were very responsive too, more so than anyone else I enquired with. The ring is fantastic and they were also great with proactively suggesting insurance options, which I wouldn't have thought of. Highly recommend!
