Michael was truly exceptional. I bought a natural elongated cushion diamond engagement ring from him and he walked me through every step of the process. Incredibly knowledgeable and not pushy at all. He spent an enormous amount of time educating me on the dos and dont’s, listened to what I wanted, and then designed an absolutely stunning ring which my fiance loves. I can’t recommend him or his company highly enough. You won’t find anyone who has more experience or a better personal touch than Michael.
Michael helped us with our engagement ring and the ring turned out perfect - exactly how I wanted it! Alex was amazing from design to completion of my engagement and wedding ring. He was responsive and good to suggest different things taking into consideration what we wanted. He was also lovely with the service after like cleaning and polishing if jewellery.
