Perfect service and perfect purchases. I bought my wife’s engagement ring as well as our wedding bands from here and Alex was great with helping us out with both purchases and was always able to help with catering to what we wanted. Couldn’t recommend this place enough.
I knew very little about diamonds only that I wanted to buy from Hatton garden. After visiting a few merchants I still felt unsure, so I started reading reviews and Micheal had thousands,so I put The Diamond Ring Company at the top of my short list.From the moment I met Michael and shook his hand I felt I could trust him,I absolutely believe he gave me the best advice in choosing the perfect stone in my price range and what a diamond he found for me it’s absolutely stunning.After a few weeks it was mounted into the beautiful ring, it came in a wonderful box that lights up when you open it to reveal the beautiful dazzling stone.I just know my future wife is going to absolutely be thrilled to bits with it.It’s so lovely I can’t stop opening it and looking at it.I would have no problem at all recommending you definitely pay The Diamond Ring Company a visit when looking for your perfect engagement ring.Thank you Michael I will be back for the wedding bands.
The entire process was smooth, from initial contact to visiting in-person. Michael ensured that our budget was respected and there was no sales pitch, just the time to enjoy trying on different styles. Michael also arranged for our wedding rings to be made in a short time frame due to our upcoming wedding date. Would highly recommend.
Could not be happier with the full experience. I had sent a request over with examples of the type of ring I was looking for and they had got back to me straight away with a phone call to discuss with me in detail. They even said they wouldn’t be willing to produce the particular band width I was looking for for the diamond size as there wouldn’t be a guarantee that the diamond would have stayed on after so long. They are all about providing a service and have an amazing reputation which shows from the first phone call to receiving the ring. From telling them what I wanted to receiving the ring was only around 2 weeks which is ridiculously quick for a made to order ring. My fiancé was so happy with the ring and said it was absolutely perfect and everyone who has seen it has said how amazing it is. There is a reason these guys only get 5 star reviews. Alex was the one who sorted it all for me and he made sure everything went smoothly…absolute geezer. Just go with them you won’t regret it.
I would highly recommend the company. I bought an engagement ring and will be returning to buy our wedding bands. Michael was very patient and explained all of the possible options in detail, with numerous examples to hand for each design. There is no sales push at all and the whole experience was smooth and enjoyable. My fiancé loves the ring and it is exactly as per the custom design I created.
Michael was really lovely and experienced. No pressure to buy at all, and we got the chance to try on many different engagement rings, which allowed us to find the perfect ring in the end! Me and my partner chose The Diamond Ring Company for the purchase of our engagement ring after originally being recommended them from a friend who had also used them. We did our research and visited a few places in Hatton Garden and just felt incredibly confident in using them. At every stage both Michael and Alex were incredibly helpful and lovely to work with. They were not pushy at all, had a great selection of rings to look at and were able to support in tweaking designs to make custom rings. They talked through everything you would need to know and answered any and all of our questions and were super friendly and patient in the process. Their prices were also incredibly competitive as they don't have large and chain shop fronts, instead having an 'on appointment' room above the main shops in HG making the experience far more enjoyable and calmer. As for the ring. I am in love with it! They had such beautiful designs and were able to tweak mine making it feel bespoke and exactly what I was looking for. I am so so happy with my engagement ring, the quality of the diamond, the craftsmanship and the final product. So a very big thank you from us, we would highly recommend them to anyone looking at engagement rings and will be back for our wedding bands soon!
