I contacted Essence Vault because a parcel has been missing for a few days by Evri. Usama from the customer service team was amazing, he replied very quickly and helped to resolve my issue without any further delays. I am grateful for his support and he should definitely be appreciated for his hardwork and customer service skills.
First time ordering from Essence Vault, I received 3 perfumes - with unfortunately one not being what I ordered, however.. Gareth very quickly sorted this problem out, I’ve never had such good customer service.. I would certainly be ordering more in the future, especially knowing that people like Gareth are there to help if any problems! The perfumes themselves smell beautiful, very happy!
Bought 8 bottles of various scents and all smell amazing .... price for bulk buy was a massive plus .... ive been buying from the essance vault for a few years now and will definatley continue to do so .... easy to order and my order was here within 5 days another big plus
