Review Time
The website and ordering process are very smooth. I ordered the 3x100 and a Mystery bottle, but the delivery didn't include the Mystery bottle, and 2 out of the 3 products were not what I had ordered - so a very disappointing first impression. This wasn't helped by the fact that my support request email was bounced back ('mailbox was full'), and the support telephone number I found was actually not in service. I tried a different email address (hello@) and this time I got a response. Sameer checked it out, and I sent a photo of the bottles that arrived (different than those on the packing slip and order). Just got word from Sameer that my two missing bottles are now being sent out. So hopefully they will arrive ok this time.
My favourite smell so far is the ‘inspired by Black Opium’. Everyone comments on it. Delivery always prompt and customer service just as prompt. Many thanks to Sameer for their assistance today. Much appreciated.
On receipt of my order I realised there was one item missing. I reported it to the help team and Sameer who dealt with my enquiry did so promptly and professionally. Sameer was able to remedy this issue with ease and has arranged for a replacement to be sent out. Her courteous, friendly and professional attitude is an absolute asset to the Essence Vault team. In relation to the product I will be ordering a full size version of inspired by Good Girl the sample smells amazingly and exactly like my original, my husband was unable to tell the difference however cost wise the Essence Vault version is definitely much more purse friendly. Excellent staff members make the process of ordering and dealing with any issues should they arise easy to resolve. Thanks again to Sameer for t excellent customer service!
Had a small issue with a missing item in an order that was delivered. Emailed the support team via the contact form and Arham had me emailed back within 30 minutes and arranged an express order for the missing item. Great service guys, thank you very much!
I've used essence vault before and I love their perfumes, I can't say they smell like the original they are based on- but that is only because I haven't smelt those original perfumes before. 444 and 967 are gorgeous scents, I don't need to smell the original to know that, they are beautiful, well packaged and honestly are really good for my mental health, I struggle with PTSD and scents are a great way to take me to a happy place. Essence vault are I would say a mid range cost for imitation perfumes, I have tried cheaper ones and more expensive ones but this company are the one I find myself coming back to again and again. Honestly couldn't recommend them enough.
