Their perfumes are great. I have worn dior perfume for over 20 years and the joy and jadore and dior homme is exactly the same as the real thing. It lasts all day too.Usama, staff member was very helpful as I needed to exchange one bottle but they made the process very easy. Definitely will order more.
I can’t review their Perfume’s yet but i couldn’t resist leaving a good review about their service. Unfortunately due dpd’s poor delivery, my order did not make it to me. i contacted the essence vault about it without any expectations and within 2 days they already sent me a new one with extra fast delivery and a discount for the second order. it’s not even their fault. huge compliments to this company. The person who helped me was Mashal. Thankyou :)
Getting it shipped out was excellent but I did have a problem with courier company it was not essence vaults fault but had a delay in getting it to me.But I emailed essence vault about this and I was helped out by a very nice person mashal who dealt with the problem very promptly she was amazing getting the problem sorted.And the perfume is absolutely lovely
My parcel arrived today after Evri verhad a problem delivering the first one.When the first one had not arrived i contacted the customer service department and Gareth was great and soon sorted out a replacement order and expedited the order.The scents all smell great and Gareth was very helpful and will order again.
