I placed an order, and it must have gotten misplaced or lost. So, I emailed customer service, and I was helped by the lovely Alix. She helped me, and my order has been re-sent. The customer service was really good. I'm not sure where my original order is, but I'm happy with the service.
I ordered three perfumes on the bundle offer and they came really quickly. All three are fantastic (poison, paradox and est belle) all of them stay put for hours and I have nothing but lovely comments on their smell. I used to use another dupe brand but the essence vault is my new go to as the scents are much stronger and last so much longer.
My daughter-in-law buys regularly from this company and I was impressed by the products so i decided to purchase myself. I bought two perfumes which arrived very promptly and smelt lovely. However I did have a query so sent an e-mail which was answered very quickly and problem resolved thanks to Alix.
