One of my fragrances was missing. The customer service from Nicki was amazing, she dealt with the issue so promptly and organised a replacement aswell as some samples. I'm so very greatful and will continue to use essence vault im always getting compliments on my perfume. Thank you
The products are great. However, Evri are terrible at delivering them.I had a big parcel of items that went missing. Peter was very quick to respond to mu issue. He was very helpful and went above and beyond to help correct the problem, he even used a different courier to deliver my replacement package. I look forward to receiving it, thank you Peter!

I had not understood that the BOGO offer applied to the Black Friday deal if 3 100ml fragrances and had therefore missed out on 3 fragrances that I should have had for free with my order on 24/11/25. As soon as I realised I emailed essence vault as I am a regular customer with them and Peter got back to me within 24 hours and allowed me to choose my 3 free fragrances I had missed and got them sent out to me right away . Amazing customer service . I love this company and their fragrances . Some fragrances I’ve had from them are better than the originals and are long lasting . Very good value for money . I add to my fragrance collection regularly from them . I would highly recommend them to those who love fragrance
