I ordered a bundle of three perfumes from The Essence Vault who I have bought from many times. This time I was let down by Evri who damaged the package in transit. Nikki from The Essence Vault was outstanding in her efficiency in dealing with this issue, answering my emails extremely promptly and keeping me informed.
I have ordered many times from essence vault and each time im more impressed, the scents are devine and last all day and there is such a range to choose from and they are great value, I also had a wonderful experience with the customer care team (Syed) when I stupidly put in the wrong delivery address on my order and they were so helpful with getting it sorted, I will definitely be ordering again!!
This webshop has so many great fragrances, which smell exactly the same as the original perfumes which they are inspired by, and for a fraction of the price. When I had a problem with my order I contacted them, and within minutes Peter (a really nice guy by the way) responded to my mail and the problem was solved almost instantly. Overall a very great shop with amazing perfumes, I recommend this to anyone who wants quality for a very good price!
