When my order arrived one of the three perfumes was incorrect. I emailed the Essence Vault and Gareth emailed me back within the hour with a pledge to resend the correct perfume via express delivery. I was very impressed by this level of customer service.

So I decided to give them ago and for the money I'm so impressed. I didn't try to match the fragrance with big brands I know I just tried ones a thought I might like and I was not disappointed. The best part is hours later 6 hours plus. You could still smell the fragrances. This is my new go-to place
