The product is just as advert described. The 100% cotton muslin snuggle blanket is wonderful. Lightweight and very soft, perfect for my 87 year old Mum to have whilst dozing in her chair, or on top of the bed as a Lightweight blanket.I ordered 3 white , one small two of the largest.I gave 4☆ because when I finally received the vacuum package and opened it the blankets smelt like rubber gloves. After washing and line drying they are just wonderful.I will be ordering more.
Worst experience. First off the package took a while to arrive, not a big deal since most things take long now. The packaging was torn when I received it, again at the time of arrival I didn’t care. I put it in the trash, because why would I keep a torn plastic bag?! The blanket is supposed to be a king size blanket. It just fits the corners of my bed. Which again wouldn’t be a big deal if I only wanted to use it as a throw blanket, but since I was looking to replace my quilt for the summer with a sheet and a muslin blanket, this won’t work with two people trying to sleep under it without someone loosing the covers in the middle of the night. No big deal. Maybe I’ll just use it as a blanket, but upon closer inspection I notice the tread and stitching is coming loose in some areas and to be honest the material isn’t even that great to begin with. Not at all up to the quality I grew up with in SA. Which is odd for a supposed European company. Except this obviously came from China. The label doesn’t even have a lick of English on it. Again not a big deal. But not what I wanted, ordered, or expected. Definitely not for the price. I read the return instructions and sent an email to initiate a return. Only to get a snotty reply saying that they post the sizes of the blankets and that I should read the return instructions. Again! Basically you have to ask them if you can return it, if they say yes, you have to pay to have it shipped to Germany as they don’t provide a return label. It has to be in the original (cheap plastic torn bag) that it arrived in or they only refund 70%. They know it’ll cost more to send that piece of junk back than it’s actually worth. The whole experience is a waste of time and money. And now I have a blanket for the donation pile. Thanks for reading my rant. This rubbed me the wrong way this morning.
What a scam this company is. I received a made in china cheap fleece blanket. When I requested to return it the said I can only return to Switzerland and I have to pay the 288usd in shipping for this 70usd cheap blanket.Do not buy from this company!!!
I returned my blanket as I no longer had use for it following the instructions of their customer service and they never refunded me, later telling me that because I didn't send it with tracking, I was liable for the product getting lost. Overall I wasted £86 with this company and didn't even get a blanket! Really poor customer service and would advise people to stay away and order locally as less risk and hassle
No confirmation my order is on its way other than someone called Emma saying don’t worry we have had technical problems and be patient. Not good enough. No email confirmation now involved in a dispute with this company for a refund. Beware
I wanted to love these as I fell for all the hype on social media. The blankets were thin and lost half their volume after the first wash. O was told if I wanted to return them .. I had to pay to ship them to Switzerland!!!! The postage was almost as much as the blankets so I’m donating them to an animalshelter. NOT WORTH IT!!!!
I wanted to pass along how completely underwhelmed I am by this fleece. King size? It barely covers the top of my queen bed. It is so far off from a blanket costing 78.00. It sheds like crazy and while it's warm it is not worth the price. I could have done as well at any retail store for half that price.
I received what was supposed to be a full sized blanket in the caramel color. I received a "throw that did not cover my full sized bed, and was the wrong color. I also ordered a light gray, which has not arrived yet, but I will be sending it back. I wish that I had read these reviews before purchasing. The blanket is of poor quality. Looks nothing like the photos. Thumbs down!
