Fleece Blanket company are not upfront. Their products are made shipped from China. Why put Switzerland in your history of your product? Quality,packaging skimpy sizing of products is not even one*Returns if you are not satisfied is a farce as shipping is costly and time constraints.So as a result consumers keep a product that is wrong size, color,size or quality. As they are out of US BBB isn’t helpful or a deterrent.The address and phone number in Citra,Florida is impossible to contact so only contact is email.Truthfully don’t know how this company is still in business.Consumers need to read Trustpilot. Keep up the excellent service of having a site like Trustpilot.
Horrible delivery time & customer relations when it came to returning! $20 off next coupon for the delay BUT I am definitely not ordering from this coming again. Once I did get my order, over a month later, it really isn’t a great blanket. Soft & nice color, yes, but that’s about it. Smaller than expected & just not worth the wait! Could have found something just as nice & cheaper elsewhere … actually, I did because I had to buy 2 more gifts for Christmas due to shipping delays.
I just got my blanket today, having ordered it at the beginning of December. Honestly, I thought people were just being overdramatic about the shipping, but they're not kidding—it takes FOREVER!! And while it's a decent blanket, (then again, I'm not picky) it doesn't live up to the hype. In short, FALSE ADVERTISEMENT!!
As others have said, the arrival time for receiving the blanket has been very disappointing! I ordered one blanket on Dec. 7th and am still waiting for it to arrive. I have emailed customer service and have only had them state that it is "on the way". The "in transit" time given when tracking this order is ridiculous. Of course, we would not have ordered this product if we knew that it would never have made it by Christmas or knowing that it would take at least a month to arrive. They have some serious issues with product delivery at this time.
These are very poor quality blankets. One of the blankets I ordered arrived wrapped in packing tape which took forever to open. The size of the blanket wasn’t even close to matching what was advertised. The stitching is coming out at the sides. I emailed the company and I received a form email stating if I sent the blanket back I could get a refund but I’m not sure I trust that. Do not buy these blankets.
I ordered 6 blankets on Oct 22. They were to be Christmas gifts. After a few weeks, I sent several emails asking where it was. Never heard from them. They arrived on December 21. But we had already left for our Christmas trip to be with family. I had to buy 6 other gifts to replace the ones that didn’t come. I’ve since asked for a return authorization since I want to return and get a refund. I haven’t heard back from them. The return address to ship to is in Switzerland. I can’t imagine how expensive it would be to ship back. I’ve given up getting my money back. This company is a scam!!
Very disappointed! I ordered 5 blankets on December 1st, here it is January 3rd and my order still shows in transit. Got released from DFW customs on December 27th and still haven't received any clear notification of when I will get my package. Customer service just says, "Good news your package is on its way".
As with most other people, I ordered it early December and it came after New Year’s. It does shed all over my pants. When I told them I wanted to send it back, they told me to mail it to Switzerland, it’s about $200 to ship back. The company is a joke.
