Review Time
The reviews on the fleece blanket website are fake. There is nowhere to rate the blanket after you purchase it so there’s no way that the ratings on the website are real, especially based on the reviews that you see here. The influx of good ratings that you see on this website are an attempt by the company to save themselves from being seen as a scam. Notice that the fake reviews all attempt to reference some small complaint as to not seem too glowing. But they all follow a very similar format. “Shipping took longer than expected” or “packaging was different”, or “color was a little different”. Anyone who actually bought the blanket will tell you the truth - read those reviews and heed the warning. The blanket ks cheap crap from China. See-through, sheds, and the company won’t return your money unless you send it back to Switzerland - good luck with that (it’ll cost you way more than the blanket.) Do yourself a favor and go to Costco and buy a Frye blanket - SO soft, great quality and literally 1/4 the cost.
DO NOT BUY THIS BLANKET! It is the flimsiest piece of crap! Trying to return it is also a joke. You have 30 days to send it back to SWITZERLAND. You have to email to get approval to return it first which takes forever! You also have to send it back in its original packaging which is a vacuum packed package that you won’t get it back into!
They are from the company verifying their own purchase. I’m a buyer and was not given the option to submit a verified review, but this company is a scam. Their website is full of outright lies. They mentioned being the number one rated Christmas gift, but don’t mention any source for this rating. The packaging they display on the website is not how the blanket is delivered. The blanket sheds and is flimsy and see-through. You would get a better quality blanket at any dollar store. Don’t even bother trying to return it.
I don’t like to write negative reviews unless warranted, to protect the public from purchasing from a company that is doing a disservice to its clients.I ordered this blanket by mistake and tried to cancel the order within a half hour of the purchase. When I first got a response, it said that it was already in process. That response was a few days later.I tried several times to try and get them to cancel the order and they wouldn’t. They said that if I receive the item and send it back in the same packaging, they would give me a refund. I sent the package, for $12, only to find out that it was the wrong address. It was shipped back to me, and I contacted them again only to find out that I had to ship it to Switzerland. I didn’t even check how much it would cost to send it back. I knew it would be throwing good money after bad.So I decided to keep the blanket. Yes it is a nice item, but certainly not worth $80. I complained to them how disappointed I was in this whole transaction and they offered me 20% of the purchase. So we’re talking $80 plus $12 shipping and I got back $14. DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT purchase anything from this company.
