Review Time
I ordered a blanket for a friend who is going through cancer treatment. I read that delivery would take between 3-10 days. It has now been over 3 weeks, and after several emails back and forth from customer service, I no longer believe I will ever see my order delivered. It shipped from China, despite it being a US company, and I want to report this company as a scam. Do not order from this company!
I gave four stars because the seller is very courteous, very easy to talk to, and apologetic. We ordered our fleece blanket December 6. Sadly, no order confirmation in an email nor any proof of purchase but we got charged. Two weeks later, we called in our bank and reported it as a scam, which we thought it was. The bank gave us our money back. One month later, we were shock to receive the blanket in the mail. The fleece blanket is beautiful and really soft though not the most durable one.We felt bad getting the blanket and not paying for it. So, we emailed the merchant and they responded back with a very polite message. They told us to keep the blanket, or donate— and not to worry about the money.
I ordered this blanket in November for a Christmas gift and it still has not arrived! It’s now the second week in January. I have contacted the company twice and they are not helpful at all. They item tracks as “in transit” for the past several weeks and that is all they will provide me as an update. I have requested a refund as I have absolutely no faith it will ever arrive but they are not willing to do it. In the end I paid for an item six weeks ago that I will probably never receive!! The website says fast shipping and money back guarantee. That is totally false. Do not order from this company.
***UPDATE: (2-16-2025)**** After the USPS confiscated my first package for counterfeit postage, the company would not simply offer me a refund and sent a SECOND package (once again drop shipped straight outta China) and I once again had to wait WEEKS.... This time I actually received my blankets after almost two months of battling this issue and receiving multiple canned, impersonal responses from their supposed "customer service". I wanted a refund, they told me that I had to send my package to Switzerland in order to get my refund (they have a Florida "address" on their "website", I Google mapped the supposed address and it looks to be a small little house in the middle of nowhere). the amount I'd be spending on postage alone for a package with 4 blankets in it to be sent to Switzerland is a totally joke is too much of a financial loss, so I was stuck and this company knew it. So, I filed a compaint with the Federal Trade Commission (I strongly advise all dissatisfied customers to do the same!), and now all of a sudden they have offered me a $40 refund, which is not ANYWHERE close to a suitable amount for the 4 blankets I purchased as Christmas gifts. I repeat, DO NOT, DO NOT, DO NOT buy from this company, the blankets are absolute JUNK and you will never get your money back.***ORIGINAL REVIEW:**** DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I ordered blankets intended to be Christmas gifts on December 9. A month later and have been informed by USPS that, "Package seized by USPS for counterfeit postage and will not be delivered. Please contact the merchant or seller with any questions." This company drop ships straight outta China, is fraudulent and very misleading.
