Do not purchase this product! I bought 5. For gifts at Christmas. The problem is, the one received, that claims it is white, is actually a yellowish cream. An awful color! It is false advertising. After many emails back and forth, they agreed to take it back, they refused to pay postage. Although it’s from China, the return address is in Switzerland. It would cost DOUBLE what I paid for it to return it! That is just insane! That’s how they get your cash! No one is going to lose money sending it back! Next letter is to better business bureau! I asked for a return address in USA, I was told that is the return address. This is a Chinese company. It’s a total scam! This piece of junk is going to be donated. I’m sorry I purchased any of them. The reviews here are correct, poor quality. No phone number to actually speak to anyone. Awful experience. DONT SUPPORT THEM WITH A PURCHASE!
I ordered the blanket but it never arrived! Then I did the online research only to realize it's a scam. So frustrating and now I'm fighting with paypal to get my money back. Do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy from this place. They pretend to be a US based company, but the product ships from China.
My biggest regret?…..not reading this before I purchased! I bought 4 blankets after researching shipping policy etc…they said fast shipping in 7 days. I reached out after 10 as I didn’t even get a tracking #. They said they didn’t ship yet due to postal strike, yes we do have a strike but do have other carriers. Since they hadn’t even shipped I told them to cancel as there was no way I’d receive now before Xmas. They absolutely refused to cancel. I emailed back and forth many times telling them they can’t fulfill to cancel. It was finally after I told them I have put a dispute into my credit card company they finally agreed to give my money back. I can’t speak for the product but if the initial customer service is any indication….you better stay far far away! What kind of company thinks it’s ok to hold into your funds without releasing product??
This company is truly a scam and a fraud. I'm so disappointed in myself for not reading the reviews before I ordered. Still waiting for my order since Nov. So much for fast shipping. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. Customer service is non existant.
