Why on earth did I fall for this rubbish?! Muslin cotton my a**e! It feels strangely like polyester to me. Took ages to arrive. Ridiculously small too.It’s been consigned to the non-recycleable bin - I can’t face the return hassle. A total waste of money. A fleece, in fact! 😡
Same as other reviewers. Ordered cotton muslin summer blankets in 2 colors. Long delivery time coming from, where else, China. Quality looked decent but sizing was not. King is supposed to be 80" x 90". One was 91 x 75. 2nd was 83x74. C/Svc made us take multiple pics and measurements, then finally just said... Oh, they'll stretch out. They're fine! We're retired in CA and can't afford this crap. Gonna read more reviews, SOONER, next time. Good luck!
Wish I’d checked the reviews before ordering. Took ages to arrive and isn’t as described at all, poor quality and colour not as shown on website. Despite not being as described you have to return at your own cost to Germany. Total scam
Small, misleading website, cheap quality, insanely hard return process, slimy business. Don’t buy from here! First of all, it took forever to arrive. Secondly, the sizes are labeled as “full, queen, and king” on the website but not a single one of them actually meets those measurements—they are TINY. I ordered a full size for snuggling on the couch and it was not even big enough to wrap myself up in. They say they accept all returns BUT the timelines for return are very tight, the process is confusing, and they require you to ship it to Europe which costs many times more than the blanket itself did. I wonder how many people, like me, tried to return and found it was too expensive and decided not to return it, while the company just pockets the money from dissatisfied customers. Do not buy from this company, they are sleazy.
I was duped! Took forever to come.They came packaged all in plastic with tape wrapped around it. They are so small, wouldn’t fit bed, twin or queen, I ordered both sizes. Not al all soft and cuddly! I was SO disappointed! Tried to return them but they want you to ship back to Germany! Lesson learned! DO NOT order from this company!
If I could give zero stars, I would.The blanket I received is significantly smaller than advertised.When I contacted customer service, I was told to stretch the blanket—honestly, who stretches a bed blanket? Then I was asked to take a video of it stretched, which I did, only to be asked to repeat the process again.Like other reviewers, I was told I would have to pay to return the item, as they “do not believe they are at fault.” I have now reported this to Trading Standards and am pursuing a chargeback through my bank.AVOID!!
