I requested to return before the payments started.
I was charged today, please respond to return the product, receive my refund and to stop future payments.
I received my blanket and the hole is too big for me. The blanket did not keep me warm, I didn't use it only tried it once there is no point keeping it. I have been emailing them return it and get refunded of course hasn't responded at all.
I ordered queen-sized muslin blankets, but they arrived only the size of a single blanket. The measurements claimed to be 150x200 cm, yet they seem to be only 1 m wide. Additionally, they shed an excessive amount of lint and fluff, rendering them unusable. I reached out to the support team twice for a refund about a week ago, but I have yet to receive a response. Overall, this experience feels quite deceptive.
It arrived in plastic packaging labeled as made in China and had an overpowering smell. The gray blanket I received had poorly finished corners with untrimmed white thread, and it was so thin that I could see light through it when held up to a window. They promote themselves under various names like fleece blanket and fleece company. My order took several weeks to arrive, and it came in a grey plastic bag that was so taped up I had to cut it open. The item was nothing like what was described and even had a label in a different language. They expect you to pay for the return shipping to Germany with tracking, and if you don't use the original packaging, you lose another 30%. This feels like a scam.

If I could give zero stars, I would. This company is a total scam. I regret not checking reviews beforehand. The items I received were complete junk! When I tried to return them, I found out the return address was in Germany, despite the website claiming UK shipping. I followed the return process and paid a hefty shipping fee only to learn my return was rejected. Now I have to initiate a chargeback to get my money back. Avoid this company at all costs!
This was a total scam. I was not on my game when I ordered the fleece sweater, which took ages to arrive. When it finally did, it looked nothing like the advertised image. They falsely advertised a satisfaction guarantee and easy returns, which turned out to be untrue. I was offered a choice of a 20% refund or to ship back to Germany at my own cost, which was more than what I originally paid. I took the 20% and ended up with a mere $8 refund. Total scam! I'm usually good at researching these things, and I feel embarrassed.
