I ordered blankets in full and queen sizes. A full blanket should measure 50x60", but the one I received was only 41x47". Additionally, queen blankets are expected to be at least 90x90", yet the one sent to me was just 61x69". This is very disappointing. I am now requesting a return label and a refund.
I ordered four queen blankets in various colors but received two twin blankets in a dune color instead, costing $185. These are not the advertised eight layers, and they don’t even have six layers like the usual queen blankets. The promised item was not delivered. This feels like a bait and switch. Be cautious!

I can't recommend this company enough. They create the most amazing blanket you could wish for on your bed. My husband is quite particular about his bedding, and after I ordered a twin-sized fleece blanket for my side, he insisted we needed a king size! It’s incredibly lightweight yet so warm, making it feel like you’re sleeping on a cloud! You will adore it! ❤️ I just ordered three, one for each bed in my home! You will love them!

From the U.S., return shipping would cost over $45 for a 2 lb package — nearly half the value of my order. Although this information is mentioned at the end of their return policy, it’s not something most customers would reasonably anticipate. They ultimately proposed a 40% partial refund if I kept the items, which I accepted. However, since the products were incorrectly sized, the company should have covered return shipping or offered a full refund without placing the burden on me. Expecting customers to bear international shipping costs when the measurements are inaccurate seems problematic at a corporate level. In summary — purchasing apparel or any size-specific items is not advisable. Customers should be aware of the sizing discrepancies and the challenges of international return logistics before making a purchase.
