I strongly advise against ordering from here! Their sizing guide is inaccurate, and the items I received didn't fit at all. There are no tags, and they are still trying to charge us for returns! This is unacceptable. According to consumer law, it's illegal to misrepresent products, and I deserve a refund for this. We're just going in circles with unhelpful responses. All I want is a return shipping label to send these items back without incurring costs due to their mistakes.
This company claims to offer high quality and luxury items, but the reality is far from it. The fabric is very low quality, with poor stitching and loose threads. I regret falling for their misleading claims. I wouldn't recommend them at all. You're better off going directly to another platform for a similar product at a much lower price.
I bought a pair of fleece pajamas and the fabric is terrible. Even worse, there are no tags inside for care instructions or sizing. I ordered a small, but the top is huge, resembling a much larger size. I'm extremely disappointed and would advise against this inferior product and company.
Was advertised as being extra thick muslin blankets. I bought 3 of them that said (Full) size, and neglected to measure how big 40 x 50 is. They arrived from China in a couple of weeks and they are so small. They don't even make a good throw, in my opinion, and very thin. Not at all like the photos. It would cost me return shipping plus they will take 30 percent off my refund if I send it back because I'm unhappy with it, so I'm just keeping them, but want to WARN others! I should have done my homework bEFORE ordering.
