Review Time
Was advertised as being extra thick muslin blankets. I bought 3 of them that said (Full) size, and neglected to measure how big 40 x 50 is. They arrived from China in a couple of weeks and they are so small. They don't even make a good throw, in my opinion, and very thin. Not at all like the photos. It would cost me return shipping plus they will take 30 percent off my refund if I send it back because I'm unhappy with it, so I'm just keeping them, but want to WARN others! I should have done my homework bEFORE ordering.
Terrible service throughout. Waited 6 weeks for delivery. Arrived in plastic cover so no real wrapping. Customer services offered 10% refund to pacify me which was ok until item arrived and I instantly wanted to return. They then offered 20% off rather than return. They said I already had a refund! So at the moment I will return to Germany address as quality, luxury, value for money just not there.
I decided to give this type of blanket a try. I hate hot blankets but, this one is just right. Other than a light cotton sheet underneath, it's all you really need. I live in the great, white north in Canada and I am very used to cold winter nights, this blanket is cozy and comfortable.
If I could give a zero score I would. I ordered the PJs size Medium for my daughter (size 10). They arrived in a bag marked size XL with no labels or tags on the clothing and no returns form. When I wrote to them they said this ‘XL’ was proportionate to a size ‘M’ in my region. (???). They are huge and no way an ‘M’ in the UK. The process to send them back was extremely complicated, I have to pay for returning them and apparently I wouldn’t get 100% refund as there were no tags on the product!!. I’m sorry I ever came across this company and would recommend you avoid them.
I have previously provided a negative review for the Fleece Company due to the fact I could not easily find the required information to return goods. I also complained about the sizing of their pyjamas.Following my review, The Fleece Company responded and supplied an email address for me to contact.In summary, if I returned the pyjamas I would have been required to cover the cost of postage, so I was offered a 20% refund if I chose to keep the item. I was then offered a complimentary set of pyjamas in the larger size at no extra cost. This was a very fair offer which I accepted and received my new pair yesterday.However, the sizing of the pyjamas is on the small side. I estimate that the XL are size 14-16. I also had not realised that the pyjamas are made and sent directly from China.
